The teams will head to Delta College for the Regional Meet on Saturday. The Dragon will be competing for a chance to go to the State Meet next week. Here are the details:
Tonight we wrapped up another edition of the Swartz Creek Freshman/Sophomore Meet. The weather cooperated this season, which opened the door to many great performances. Here are the results:

Last night the Dragons competed in the Metro League Championships. Both of the teams raced with a purpose and made the other schools work for their places. Our boys and girls teams both improved on their earlier finishes by placing 3rd in the meet. The girls were just one point away from 2nd place Linden. Our teams totaled eight runners taking All-League honors. It was definitely a good day!

The teams will compete in the Flint Metro League Final Jamboree on Wednesday, October 19, at Vienna Greens Golf Course in Clio (Map). The race times are a half-hour earlier than the other Metro jamborees:
2:00pm Bus
3:30pm Coaches’ Meeting
4:00pm Varsity Girls
4:35pm Varsity Boys
5:05pm All JV

Here are the results from last night’s Greater Flint Area Cross Country Championships. The teams survived very warm temperatures to turn in some great performances. Our Dragons finished very well and are looking forward to finishing strong the remainder of the season!
